Какво ще чуете по време на сесията: People analytics technologies are continuously changing the way how people management is done.
You will get to know practical (real) use cases from the world of people analytics, from gaining insights from data to creating new data-based services for employees.
The role of HR is changing from an administrative, reactive function towards a strategic, predictive function.
The session will be split into 3 parts
o KNOW the future – how people analytics helps to derive insights on future requirements (e.g. future jobs & skills)
o PLAN the future – how people analytics helps to model the future organization (e.g. strategic workforce planning)
o BUILD the future – how people analytics helps to industrialize data into people development and recruiting (e.g. skill platforms, job matching, individual learning journeys)
