and how becoming comfortable with not knowing the answer can become your greatest strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To think differently about NOT knowning the answer and embracing the Collective Genius of the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To pracitce the language needed to work through Adaptive Challenges and times of uncertainty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To understand the difference between Delegation and Abdication, and how that relate to handing over control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To commit to valuing each person on our team, to foster leaders, and create opportunities where we increasingly Lead from the Jumpseat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you will learn from attending:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to create an environment where people are equipped and empowered to lead during times of uncertainty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to embrace &#8220;not knowing&#8221;
